Rotary club of Bombay Bayview, part of Dist. 3140, was chartered on 1st May 2002 and is in young vibrant 9 year old club. The club comprises of 57 young members from across most professions/businesses with an average age of 43 years.
Bayview is active in community service and its flagship projects are the Geeta Nagar & Umerkhadi projects. The club has also contributed towards making an orphanage in Malwani. During the current year another prestigious project has been added and will be perennial. Three scholarships have been instituted for commerce, science and arts to hand hold 3-6 under previlidges students from BPL upto their graduation.
Bayview aims to be a 75+ members strong club and a 100% Paul Harris club in the near future.Through enthusiasm and energy which is abundant in our club , we will get noticed for the work that we are doing in making this world a better place to live in and for our future generations.
