The first lady president of our club.

The earlier 7 presidents gave a stable club with a variety of projects paving the way for more to be done.

Some of our achievements during the year.

Membership Development was the goal and starting with 30 members reached a figure of 54 members at the end of the year. Members are now eager to introduce new members and will some more in the incoming year. We need to assimilate all of them and ensure that they become active Rotarians.

Our GSE candidate Kushal Parmanand was selected as an alternate member to the Team going to Paris . Though he did not make it to the top four , he was in the top 8 .

Our Ethics and Values District seminar with Stalwarts like Police Commissioner Sivanandan, Justice S.N.Srikrisna, Swami Sukhbodhanandji, Dr.P.N.Singh and our DG Raju. An event which was aptly represented by those who walk the talk. It brought a lot of praise from all those who attended it.

Printed bulletin and Website and roster with a difference were all special additions this year.

Marathon represented by 26 members and US$ 2000 collected for End Polio.

Midday meal a record number surpassing our target of 100 children . We achieved 165 children that we are covering through the mid day meal.

A small initiative in terms of a rural project was taken, hopefully the future presidents will take this forward. Also slumber kit distribution along with other clubs for 362 children.

There were record registrations for district events in this year.

The interact club has been started at Billabong High International School Thane with the support of our PP Sandeep Goenka and R.Ann Archana Goenka .
