DAGADWADI SCHOOL
KOLAD-DAGADWADI-SCHOOL AND VILLAGE ADOPTION 14th November visit
An extremely fulfilling trip to Kolad. We celebrated childrens day with the 30 children through a lot of interaction. The children recited poems and answered questions. Despite many being shy some of them were quite confident. These kinds of interactions will further add to their confidence.
The school kit and hygiene kit was well appreciated.
The Kit consisted of a cloth bag with books , pencils, slate chalk and duster. The hygiene kits consisted of two napkins , 3 toothbrushes and 2 combs.Thanks-Ashish.

The choclates and biscuits made for a tasty treat.
After which we had lunch at the adventure campsite and indulged in rappelling and rock climbing .
Rahul thrilled the 8 of us in a red open jeep with his adventurous driving by the lake side.
All of us want to go back there again , to work with the school as well as enjoy the hospitality and adventures waiting for us.
The initial inputs by the members are that we will provide them with sports equipment. We will also touch up the premises, some minor repairs needed.
We plan to have hygiene talks and vocational training in the village.
